I got taken in by this company who sent me the sample which turned out to be the whole bottle. I felt a bit uneasy so the following day sent it back having obtained proof of purchase. I emailed them 6 times and had no response. Three weeks later I checked my bank account to find they had taken £97. I then contacted the fraud dept of my bank and they took a lot of details and reinstated the £97 in my account. They were also kind enough to give me the phone number for collagenta which I rang and they said they had responded to my emails but would resend them again. I am still waiting.
