I too was offered a free bottle of Collagenta face cream for only shipping cost of 4.95 for filling in a questionnaire. On my next visa bill I noticed a 138.82 charge From DSMARK*Collagenta.com with the same phone #1-800-986-561. And then on my next bill I was chjarges anotyher $197 dollars US... The number cannot be completed as dial. Tried there website DMARK*Collagenta.com does not exist.
