Order placed on 05-15. They stated on the item details that the dress will be ready in 10-12 calendar days, which means at least on May 27. On May 29 was still in production, so I will not have it on hand when I need it. I requested to cancel my order because they didn't meet production time. It was their fault and I not cancelling on a whim. They refused to refund my money and told me they will refund the shipping charges only which means $53.60. I've been emailing each day requesting my refund since may 29. Their last email was on June 3rd. They haven't answered my emails from the 3rd, 4th, and 5th. Also, haven't refund my Pay Pal account. I've paid by Pay Pal, so they got the money instantly. Their "customer representative" name is Lily and the phone # is 86-10-62904338. This is my first and last deal with them. I'll never buy anything with them
