Caller from local number with Indian accent courteously explained that my 20 year old child was eligible for $25K US government grant money for education, housing and personal expenses. Had enough detail and official name for me to bite. After a 5 minute explanation, he then asked for a fee to be paid. I then caught on to the scam.
