I bought the hair colour 6.0 Dark Blonde used it exactly as described for 25 Minutes and now have black very dark brown hair colour.
Why? Is there such a discrepancy with the colour on the Product box and the result.
Do Garnier never check there products or is it a case of there are so few people who complain that it does not really matter.?
Do Garnier even acknowledge that they are making these constant mistakes.
Naturally this complaint will never reach Garnier or will be ignored.
Which is a shame as there are so many people who will not use Garnier because of there reputation for ignoring any problems there Products
cause now I understand why and no it is not a one off I have made the mistake of using Garnier before with the same result, but never again.
But it is easier to ignore as this does not cost anything.
