I purchased 2 bridesmaid dresses in different sizes. They arrived a week or so apart. The first one arrived a size US4 which was correct, a week later my other dress arrived - US 4 instead of US8!
I have tried for days to contact them to have it resolved. I just want the correct size. I have emailed about 10 times through various avenues then I tried their 'live chat' where they kept disconnecting me over and over I'm so frustrated. I paid my money in good faith and just want what I paid for.
