I thought I was ordering a 'trial' offer on skin care product. I received the 'trial' product then in the past week I have received two more products. There is NO invoice nor paperwork of any kind in these shipments. I called to cancel and was told that when I ordered I agreed to the 14 day trial and if wanted to cancel future shipments and charges I would have had to do that within that 14 days. I will be doing more complaining and trying to return these products for a refund.
