I ordered Alore & Lorelia products for their 14 days free trial on April 13. However, I didn't get it until May 8. During April 13 to end of April, I kept calling this company at 1-877-224-1174 to ask why I didn't receive them. The first time, they told me that I would receive them the next day. As I still didn't receive anything, they told me that there were some problems in US and Canada border and asked me to wait, I called in again, they then told me that the UPS Delievery was delayed, finally they didn't even bother to talk to me and asked me to track the products myself without telling me any information such as track phone number or track website.
On May 8, I finally received the products. However, I noticed that they charged me $97.20 for ALORE and $99.77 for LORELIA on May 7. They never gave me any days to try their products. I called the company again and asked them why they didn't keep their promise to give me 14 days trial. The manager Shawn (15201) said that the trial starts immediate on the day when customer submit their order'.
I looked again at their terms and conditions as follow:

I strongly believe that this company is cheating their customers. I trusted this company and planed to order more after trial. I even told my friends and colleagueS to order after my trial. I am now calling each of my friends to stop ordering any products from this company. I would like to let everyone know that DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. They deleberately delayed the shipping process and made you to pay $200 us plus shipping fee. They are cheating you!!
