On the above a real estate agent came to my home 17954 sw 33 court miramar fla. Her name is marelys lazo #786-306-2721 she advised me that my home had been foreclosured by chase bank. She further advised that i would have to leave or pay chase bank rent. I contacted my lawyer who is fighting the fore closure and he advised that he had not received any noticed to appear in court about the case, and that he would get the records, and file an order to vacate, because it done illegaly. I understand that chase bank signed a aggrement with the state of florida not to do this anymore. If they foreclosed without giving my lawyer notice is this a violation of this aggrement, and is there ant thing that can be done my lawyer is phillp burtus 305-899-0411
