If only i read the reviews. I feel so fooled. But i will not give up i do not play with my money. They helped me set up everything and i was able to talk to my inmate. But only because i paid an additional 25 on global tel link. Total scam, total rip off. Im suppsed to have 3 unlimited months. We are already struggling with family members in jail, the last thing we need is 70 dollars going to these people. I have called millions of times and they just email me saying bullshit. They guarantee your money back if you aren't satisfied but dont even contact you. They have no number on their website. Completely unsatisfied & (Inappropriate Content Removed) off.
