They don't tell you the terms and that you have to submit 5 denial letters in order to get your money back -10% for a 'processing fee' AND it may take 30 days to get your money back AND the send you a CHECK.
What if you never received a response from any of your letters, or found a house some other way? They are slime balls and if they do send you a check... Don't deposit it, it will probably bounce!
