When I placed my online order in early May, there was no confirmation on the website, nor was one emailed to me. After several days, I called Flexablehose to ensure my order was cencelled because I had found a similar product cheaper on Amazon.com. They indicated their computers had experienced glitches, so they could not tell whether my order went through or not, but they would make certain it was cancelled.
On May 4, Flexablehose charged my credit card $47.98. Again on May 24, they charged my credit card for the same amount. I am worried they may continue to charge my credit card periodically.
Is this a scam?
