Purchased a hose on line. Buy one get one free. Could not get a receipt after placing an order. They charged my card $304.63. I called and cancelled the order after spending hours trying to find a number to call. The confirmed the order was cancelled. Couple days later I get a notice they were giving me a special deal on my order and were moving my delivery up to first class for no additional charge. They shipped the order out anyway after I cancelled and billed me for 4 hoses. When the delivery arrived I declined to accept and Fex-Ex returned the package unopened. Flexable hose agreed to refund me but charged me $84.91 for P&H. This is a scam that is beyond any level of business ethics. I believe these people need to be put out of business. Legal action is propably the only solution. Don't deal with these people they are Scammers of the highest level.
