I totally got scammed into paying for a yearly computer tech service plan... But then suddenly the company was "sold to another company" who was supposed to provide the same tech service... But the "new company", OMG, is a complete fraud as that are totally incompetent (and are absolutely clueless to any computer issues — never mind actual "high quality" like I paid for)... Plus on top of that, OMG, doesn't even really bother to get back to you & as they just constantly tell you to hold on while they transfer you to another tech... And you'll then just stay on the line for hours and hours while no one ever really gets back to you. So overall, a total financial loss, not to mention very frustrating and totally aggravating. And my indignation is a 10 (on a scale of 1 - 10).
