I made an order for special offer (included choclates flowers a Greeting Card) provided by bloomex. But It was never delivered and made a status under investigation for more than a week. On followups, every time a chat operator says, Manager will get back to you soon. But that never happened.
I am literally frustrated. Along with Money there is total loss of mental peace as well.
