I received a phone call on 5-23-13 around 11am from a man with an Arabic accent claiming that he was a loan agent from Fast cash loans and I was approved for a loan. He got into details about my personal information and I believed him because I had previously filed for a payday loan online before. So he told me that I had less than perfect credit so I need to get a voucher called Vanilla Reload Network available at Walgreens or CVS at the card rack section. So I went to Walgreens and put the funds on the card. He instructed me to call him back once I did that so he could transfer 3000.00 plus 300.00 into my account. When I called he told me it would only take 1hour for the funds to be in my account. I waited and waited and never received anything. I called him back and told him that I wanted to cancel the transaction. He then said it would cost 140.00 cancellation fee at that point I was livid and I did not fall for the scam. I called the tampa police department and tried to explain but they told me I must report to my county. I hope this helps and you guys find this jerk.
