On November 14, we were invited to a dinner at Ryan's Steak House in Wooster, Ohio to see a demonstration on how good these products were. The person demonstrating the products and telling us how great and wonderful the products were was Bob Zockoll and his business card has a telephone number of 1-800-714-4218. When I did not receive the product by March 1 I called Debbie at the above number and she said she would send the message to the office of Bene-Fit. I received a call from Bene-Fit and they said the product would be shipped by the end of the month which was a seat (Willa) and when I did not get the merchandise which I had already paid for, I made a second call on April 1 and the message I said call could not be completed as dialed. I have dialed the number on several occasions and I continue to get the same message " this call cannot be completed as dialed." This is a disgrace that people can be scammed this way and cannot get their money back. Now I cannot even get a phone call. It seems since this money and items are crossing state lines that this should be a federal offense of scamming people.
