On 27 Nov in DeFuniak Springs, FL, my husband and I (Earl and Nancy Elliott) attended a free dinner that was sponsored by Bene-Fit Health Products for the magnetic mattresses and pillows. We have never received our mattress and 2 pillows nor has anyone else who attended that night. I called to follow up and was told that they were having a hard time getting some of the parts and we probably would not receive our order until late March. The number I called is now disconnected as well as the website www.benefithealthproducts.com. That number is 1-800-714-4218. I did find another number, 1-912-729-4285, and left a message but have not received a call back. Well, today I found a number (1-800-750-1712) for their reservations for the free dinners that they offered. That man who answered said he would give our phone number to the Customer Service office. It is doubtful that I will receive a return call.
We are trying to locate an office/person so that we can get a refund.
