I also placed our order in Sept. 2012 have not received the product yet everything is paid for I called them again two months ago and they said they were having a problem getting the material but to expect delivery in March. They also said that because of the inconvience they were issueing a rebate of $250.00 never recieved anything. Now when you call they say they are closed and on the web site you can't log in any longer.
