Charged $33 on Signup Without Placing a Bid

I thought I was joining the site, wanted to get some good deals! So when I gave my credit card info I was charged 33.00 for what I don't know! I didn't bid on anything. I have a small amount in my bank and am very upset about this. Need some help to get reimbursed!
