I was advised i won this money by national data advisors, I had sent the claim form before the due date 5/30. I sent 20.00 dollars in with my clam form as required, then i looked them up on scam watch and saw this happened to another person. The exact same thing. I had the monies already spent signing promises to car places to pay when the money came thru, not only that big time embaressment. I thought i was well educated, but i am not a criminal so i really thought it to be true. I am crushed. Can i sue them for promising me this money and i allready in trouble because i promised the car dealership there amount when it came in. Please can someone help me to give me advice on how to legaly file a complant for emotional distress on finding out this was a scam i am ready for a break down. Jennife
