I received a letter and Cash Claim Form from the National Data Advisors informing me that I have won $3,331, 947.11 as a cash prize. The Claim Form states that it must be returned by 3/28 along with a $25 processing fee or the cash prize will be forfeited. If this is a legitimate winning the company would deduct any fees prior to disbursing the funds!
