I had put in for a couple of loans online so that I could pay my bills. I had never even heard of this company, nor did I verify any information with them, or confirm any loans with them, I had filled out the application, yes, but did not confirm anything with them. The next day I had checked the balance in my bank account, and I had a deposit from hydra fund ii in the amount of $250. I looked for an email confirmation in my Yahoo account, and couldn't find one. I looked up the company online and got their number and called them. You get a computerized answering service. They did not help me. I emailed the company for the repayment terms and conditions because most companies that offer payday loans take the money out of your account the next payday you have. I got an email a week later, finally, 2 days before payday. Their terms are completely ridiculous. For depositing 250 in my account, I have to pay them back 325$, on top of which you have to print out a paper, sign it and FAX it to them at least three days before your payday, and if you do not, they will take 75$ out of your account until paid in full, and the $75 doesn't pay down on your account. It's just their fee for allowing you to borrow that money. So here I am, 2 padqys later, trying to contact them again for the paper that needs to be faxed, with no answer back. They have taken $150 dollars out of my bank account, all of which has not gone toward my loan. I am angry because 1. U didn't give confirmation for the deposit in the first place, 2. Because I still haven't heard back to get the paper faxed, or even to get the paper I need, 3. Because I am paying them my hard earned money and it isn't even going toward my loan. This company is a complete SCAM, and should not be allowed to operate!
