I ordered a Canon 6d the other day and got a receipt later that night. It said that the order had been made, but when I checked my account my money was still there. I thought maybe it took a day to transfer so I waited till the next day. The next day I called to tell them about the order; the man on the phone sounded like I was wasting his time and after my last question he didn't answer and said "Is there anything else I can help you with today?" in a very grumpy voice. I felt like a bother so I said "No thank you that is all." A couple minutes later I got a phone call stating they can't ship the order until I called them to confirm it. The salesman said I had to pay an extra $120 for a battery. He also stated I had to pay an extra $400 if I wanted the camera to come as a US edition, the one I had placed was only in Japanese and couldn't be switched to english. After finding out I had to pay an extra $520 just to get what I wanted, I cancelled the order and the man seemed frustrated with me. He canceled the order and hung up. Not only were they horrible at communicating and negotiating but they were both very rude when it came to questions. I wouldn't say they're worth doing business with.
