I am so sick of companies that are here to serve artists/musicians that bill themselves as "One of us", ripping the very same consumer base off!!!
They now have a special"Handling fee"That helps them shake another 10 to 30 buck xtra from you at point of sale. I bought a snare for 99 dollars of the used site and shipping and "Handling" was over 20 dollars! The snare was very very light and weighing it had nothing to do with the charge. The Mgr said it comes up automatically which is an excuse to not alter or adjust it to reflect what shipping should cost..
Also, the shippers work at guitar center in ref to the employees prepping the item for shipping and this new "handling fee"surely is not there to make life easier for them. It is just another sleazy kick them when they are down scam from a company that preys on the people that need the money most. Woring musicians...
99 dollar snare/137 to get it and only 6 $ was tax. Ridiculous...
