Was told the membership was free. 3 months later still getting charged $11.99 a month after trying to cancel. Wanted to give me 4 $10 certificates for reimbursment, but, there was a catch. I had to keep my membership active. And call at late date to cancel. Told them i did't want any reimbursment of any kind and to cancel right away. Had to tell the guy, Glen, as least 10 times to just cancel as we spoke. Finally got confirmation number. We shall see if it worked
