I too was taken because I didn't see the terms and conditions tab. I called and the operator said that it was clearly written next to the order form. Sorry, no it wasn't.
I thought it was too good to be true and over looked the little "Terms and Conditions" tab. And now I pay. I hope that others don't fall for this scam, but how do you stop it?

Very deceitful.
