We have a warranty with American Home Shield and have since June 15 to this date, May 23. We have not had a company sent to our home by AHS in these past years that was competent or on time or given us the courtesy of giving us an update as to the progress or timing of a repair request. I don't understand how a "business" can legally stay within the law and treat their customers as they have us and several other policy holders and we all plan on leaving this company.
We would like to have the money wasted because of the no service which is $500.00.
