These people are scam artists and will waste your time making you write articles for writing samples that they later sell and will try to get personal information. This is another Craigslist scam. They send an email like the below:

If you are interested, please answer the attached interview questions and return them back to us to complete your application. Please also include your CV or resume (if not already sent to us), and any remaining questions you have about the position.
