Bought a new home in Feb and have had multiple problems with the AC units. One issue was the coils leaking freon. There are 4 other houses on my street that were built around the same time and they have had the exact same issue. The part is covered under warranty, but labor and freon are not. I contacted carrier to let them know of the problems because their is obviously a defective part and to come to an amicable solution, but they were not willing to do anything.
