I ordered a 14 day trial which became 12 days For UK£1 S & D. Received both items separately on the 11/12th April which is 12 and 13 days from date of order and both included a one month's Complete Programme not requested. I was ill at the time and could not use the items so put them aside for in the UK a trial period is the time in which you have to order the trial goods and not test them. My account was charged £0.85 and £0.84 plus £2.65 and £2.64 delivery surcharge, £61.85 and £63.31 the months supply and the bank charged 6 x £1 card charges. The phone numbers given were not accessible from the UK and my emails went unanswered apart from the standard response your trail period ended before you cancelled and you are therefore not eligible for return or refund.
