I purchased and paid for five (5) pairs of panties, but, when I got home and took them out of the bag, there were only four (4) pairs. After double checking my bag, and going back to the car to check to see if by some chance, that maybe they had fallen out of the bag, I realized that she had'nt put the fifth pair in the bag. I called the store and talked to the salesperson, she remembered me, but she rudely said that she did put them in the bag, but, I know she did'nt. I then asked to speak to her manager. I spoke to Jaunita, she said there was nothing she could do, so, I asked to speak to her boss. Jaunita gave me a phone number, 201 909 2940 ext. 8081, to ask for Laura. I called the number and left messages for Laura twice but she never responded. I called customer service, 1-800-441-1362 spoke to Chris #32994, he gave me a number to cal 201-845-0880. I called that # and was connected to Lauras voicemail, I left another message for her, I still have'nt heard back from anyone. I have called several numbers from Avenues website but, there's no way to speak to anyone. I wonder if i'm the only person that this has happened to.
