I ordered a dress for my Mom's 90th from Izidresses, the reviews seems fine, i didn't see anything that would raise a red flag. I received my dress and it looks nothing like what was advertise in the picture. The beads and buttons were loose, the zipper only went up to a certain point. I emailed them and sent pictures, no answer. I also chatted with a person who used the name Shelly, she said she saw the pictures I sent and it look fine to her, for me to take the dress to a local taylor for them to secure the buttons and that for me to understand that they cannot make the dress look the way it was in the picture. She then stopped communicating with me and ended the chat. I thought I did my research but, obviously did not dig deep enough. I am disputing with my credit card company.
