Magic Jack has promised me a refund to my credit card every week for the past 5 weeks, and every week when I log back in to chat with them I get told the exact same thing. The refund hasn't been processed, "I am transferring you to one of our top 10% agents as rated by our customers. Please hold while I transfer you." and then the next person promises me that they have processed the refund and to be patient, and sorry for the inconvenience. Now 5 weeks later, the money hasn't been returned to my credit card and I am going through the exact (Inappropriate Content Removed) again. This time I am calling my credit card and charging Magic Jack with fraud.
