The company showed up at the top of Google's search for USPS. They call themselves the USPS change of address assistant. That was misleading with intention to deceit. They are a scam... I thought I was changing my address w / the USPS for $1.00 but was charged $29.95 by this scam company.By the way, the $29.95 wasn't shown on the page where you entered the change request. I found out about this charge by calling my credit card company. Make sure you are changing your address w / the USPS, not any other company. I called on May 18 left a message for someone to call me back, no body did. I called again on May 20 and still got a recorded message saying I should leave my for someone to get back to me. No follow up what so ever. Will file a complaint with BBB - not sure what good that will do.
