I ordered 2 pairs of designer sunglasses from the website on monday 5 december and paid via their online credit card payment service. The website had all the security logos on so everything looked legit. I also ensured that the website was secured when i made the payment.
On the website they state that upon payment they will send you a confirmation e-mail and process your order within 2-3 days. It's been 3 days since i placed and paid for my order and have not received any communication from them whatsoever. I sent them 3 messages via their website enquiring about my order but no feedback from them.
When i log into the website to check the status of my order all it says is "processing", which has been like that for the past 3 days.
There is no other way to contact them. I contacted my credit card company and they confirmed that the payment did go thru. The amount was 1,502 rand.
