I was charged $39.99 for something that I didn't order nor gave permission to charge to my account or never even knew what it was for. I was also charged by IYOGI for three other items that were never mentioned to me and never told about any charges. This was totally done without any permission. This has caused great hardship on our part. Please investigate.
