I had heard a lot about tech support services but never tried my hands onto it, unless one fine day my laptop started acting strange. Somehow I managed to get iyogi ’s toll free number from one of my friend and I immediately called up seeking for assistance. I must say that my first ever experience with a company like this was superb. The person who helped me fix the problem with my laptop was not only genuine but also technically sound. He knew exactly what was to be done and the best part was it didn’t take him time to sort it out. I am surprised to read so many bad experiences that people share about iyogi that pushed me to share my good experience. With the kind of services and quality this company provide, I do not have any complaints with iyogi and genuinely appreciate the effort and patience the technicians show to solve the issue. I’m sure out of thousands of customers it’s only the handful or may be none to have a bad experience. I stick to mine! Keep up the great work.
