I placed an order online for $19.99 arrangement for a total of $35.98. I never recieved a confirmation email but was told my flowers did arrive. When i received my credit card statement i was charge $56.15. I disputed as i had no receipt for this type of charge. When calling the company first i was told monday someone would call me back the next day. On friday i called again and got through to a very rude woman who said there is small print that if they dont have your order they can change it to something else. She went on to say she couldn't talk to me because i disputed it with the credit card company -told me not to call back and hung up on me.
