Do not make the mistake of buying from this company techstar they have no customer service skills at all very appauling. Chris who I think is a cleaner and acts like a person with a high position in the company has got no customer handling skills and is very rude. The cameras where faulty the dvr was faulty I returned it back and still waiting for a new one. They fob you off do not return calls. Tried to speak to a manager Andy Lee who again has no customer service skills and does not know how to treat customers again must be a joey working there. Overall very disgusting I have spoken to many people who have had similar problems with techstar DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
