The manager was very rude, lLOUD, disrecptful and lack customer services skills. We were very disappointed at the new management at the facility, we have been faithful supporters of this establishment.
Others customers were also shock at the lack of couresty with the managent. She was rude to her staff, they also stated how hard it is to work with her.in my professional oppoinon as a manager myself, I thought customers were always right and that they should be treated with respect. Her name was Daisy, she would not give her last name. I will never return to the Floresville Pizza Hut at 539 10 street in Floresville.
