This company has sales people cold-calling and misrepresenting themselves as being with Microsoft. They ask how old your computer is and then state that your Microsoft software has expired. They will update it for free.
Only after giving your email address, they remotely install Registry Easy on your computer. They then quote around $400 for the software. I told them to uninstall the program and they stated that, if they did that, my computer would crash. I told them that I could not afford the $400 and they reduced it to $120. I am still attempting to obtain a refund of this amount to my credit card. Very unscrupulous sales people... Do not answer your phone... It showed a "private number".
