This phone just stopped working. Called the Co. And they
said (without seeing it) that it was the battery. Said battery
was hardly used, as the phone was new. I bought the new
battery, and of course, it didn't work. Called again, and the
said to return it to the company. Rep called me on 2 May and
said the phone had gotten wet (Not Not true) and would have
to be replaced at a cost of $79. This phone was still under
the l year warranty, but no matter to them. I asked for it to
be returned, and the service stopped. Saw the next day that
they charged by credit card another month. I then cancelled
the credit card, and they refused to return the call unless
I send them money for postage. Now I am into the phone,
a new battery, $26 for a monthly charge, and the cost of
returning it to them, and have no phone. I will keep trying
to find an agency to stop them, and I will!
