Ordered the e-cig after seeing ad for try for free just pay $4.95. Received one week after ordering, never used, one week (5/7) after receipt I was charged $99.67, but on 5/9 I noticed the charge dropped off my account. I thought wow, great company, dropped the charges! I called on 5/7 got an RMA number and shipped via UPS so I would have proof of delivery. I thought wow, great company, dropped the charges! Nope, on 5/13 they took my money AND the received the unit back already!!! I'm currently on hold with them now, trying to get my money refunded immediately! BBB, here I come!
