I noticed a suspicious charge of $4.95 from Saphire E Cigarette on my credit card which was Not authorized by either myself nor my husband! I immediately contacted my credit card company who provided me a phone number to contact this company. Beware that phone number is invalid therefore I could not reach this scammer! I have contacted my credit card company and place a dispute regarding this charge and will refuse any item if it is delivered to our home! Beware of this company!!!
