My complaints are the same as every one elses. They tell you that you are paying shipping ending for a sample size. After 14 days you are automatically billed for the so called sample. They do not verify your purchase by E mail. They do not provide an invoice with their products with any comment about the sample being the real product. Told they have no supervisors to talk to. Told cannot return their product. Cannot contact the manager as they do not have a main phone number. Only customer service number and the manager is never available. Dealt with another company with the same issue but after awhile I was given a credit for the $200 and an RMA number. How do these companies be allowed tooperate like this??
