After spending more than an hour on the phone, most of the time being verbally assaulted and screamed at (even though I did not raise my voice to him) by their representative, and him refusing to let me speak to his superior, they still refused to refund any of the charges, even though I was more than willing to return the remainder of their product back, as their policy says to do. He continued to literally yell at me over the phone, repeatedly saying "Its not our problem" instead of listening to me, and allowing me to speak. Nor did he make any attempt to work with me and make it right with a customer. I am dumbfounded, and infuriated that any customer service representative thinks they can speak to a customer in this manner, or that a company thinks that it has the right to scam people like this, costing me more than $90. It is so completely unprofessional, I can't even put it in to words. This is a terrible company, and I'd go as far to say it is a HUGE SCAM.
