I called *2 on my cell phone (Sprint PCS CS) this morning and I get an automated voice saying "There will be a $3 charge on you phone bill to speak with a pcs rep.
UNBELIEVABLE!!! $3 to speak to customer service??? Hell, at the rate they are going, their getting so many complaints they will make a million a day with that service! I think I'll save my money and call them from my home phone... I personally have NEVER EVER heard of being chsrged money to speak to a customer service rep. So I finally get through to this rep and I ask why would you charge $3 to speak with you? Her response is. Get this..."To get people to use the website because they tie up the phone lines".. HELLO?!?!??!?! They tie up the phone lines because YOU SUCK! Now this is a pure RIPOFF
