Sold wrong parts, refuse customer service, blame customer for wrong parts, refuse to contact customer with complaint ripoff

I ordered several parts fro Autopartswarehouse.com several weeks ago. They were hoses advertised as "cut to fit." When parts arrived I found they were too short and too small diameter, and unsure how to "cut" these parts to fit?

REPEATED attempts to contact customer service have failed.By phone the sales people who answer the phone refuse to allow me to speak with a supervisor unless pressed for an hour, and the supervisors refuse to give any address or phone number fr Customer Service or management of the company. Sales people have repeatedly patronized me and blamed me for receiving the wrong parts becasue I did not use one of their "parts specialists" (translated "screen reader" to order my parts. It should be noted that I have been a mechanic for more than 30 years. Sales persons and "supervisors" solution is to return the parts, and pay more money for OEM parts.

I have repeatedly written the company through their website to beg for customer service with no response. Last 2 hour to attempt to speak with customer service I was told they would contact customer service to have them contact me immediately, with no results. After hours of being told it was not possible to alow me to be transferred to customer service, i was told they WOULD transfer me, but I was hung up on in the process. I had also been told that I would recive email verification and instructions for returning the parts, which has never happened (7days and counting for this promise).

I do not believe that this company actually has a Customer Service department, nor that it has management that cares about taking care of their customers when their company has made a mistake (i.E. Selling 3rd party parts which do not fit the application). I have requested by email and by phone for phone numbers, addresses, etc of the company in order to file a complaint, and have been refused each and every time.

I believe they simply hope to get the customer to return the part, possibly pay more money, and it is obviously the corporate culture that any attempts by a customer to contact the company are ignored or refused.

One two separate phone calls I literally asked the sales representative MORE than 15 times consecutively if they were refusing to allow me to speak with Customer Service to which they answered no. Each and every time without allowing me to speak with Customer Service!

Never in my life have I run across a company that refuses to allow their Customers to speak with Customer Service!

Something is defintiely VERY wrong with this organization and I would strongly recommend against every buying from them.
