I called palmco on march 12 to cancel with them because i was to have a fixed kw well that was not he case. So march came a round and palmco said that they sent the information to my reg. Power company. Which was lie because palmco tried to back date the cancellation to march from when i had called them. So in may i made a report to the bbb and to maryland public service commission and because i have done that palmco will not get any money from nor will my lights get turned off because there side of the house is on hole. Well when i called on may 14 i talk to a supervisor who was a very big (inappropriate content removed). Trying to talk to me like im here child for one. Told me that i was a lieing and that no one would hang up on me and no would back date a document so when i tried to put them on three way palmco hung up. Go figure. And then when i call back with my power company on the phone, the manger was not their and the said that she was hang up on. Me and she did. This company has stressed me out so much that i had a mental break down and that's not good because i have ptsd.
